Suzen began her career over 30 years ago as a photographer. Her interest in photography and art took her to Montreal, Quebec where she obtained her bachelors degree in Fine Arts. Throughout her career Suzen has worked as a photographer, artist, illustrator, graphic designer, and more recently as a digital artist. The combination of photography, hand drawn, painting, and digital skill has developed into her own personal and unique style. Suzen has always found painting to be a healing experience and the focus of her artwork to date has been that of a healing journey with the hopes that others connect to it in a similar way.
